Will I lose my pet if I change phones or reinstall?

No. Your pet is backed up automatically to your own iCloud. Sign in with the same Apple ID (iCloud turned on), install Mimpo, and your pet comes back. Diary photos are the only thing not restored.

I bought a hat but don't see it.

Open Settings in the game and tap “Restore purchases”.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can my pet get sick or leave?

Only after many days without any care, and the game warns you well in advance. Before a trip, use Vacation mode in Settings — your pet stays with grandma and its needs pause.

Reminders don't arrive.

Turn on Reminders in the game's Settings and allow notifications for Mimpo in iPhone Settings → Notifications. Reminders are never sent at night.

How does my pet learn words?

Hold the ear button and clearly say one short word. Say the same word three times (even on different days) and your pet learns it. It remembers up to 15 words.

How do friend visits work?

Play → Friends: show your code to a friend who has Mimpo, or scan theirs. Their pet comes to visit yours — no account or internet needed.

Verliere ich mein Haustier bei einem neuen iPhone?

Nein. Dein Haustier wird automatisch in deiner iCloud gesichert. Mit derselben Apple-ID und aktivierter iCloud kehrt es nach der Installation zurück (außer Tagebuchfotos).

Ich habe eine Mütze gekauft, sehe sie aber nicht.

Einstellungen im Spiel → „Käufe wiederherstellen“.

Wie bekomme ich eine Erstattung?

Käufe werden von Apple abgewickelt: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Kann mein Haustier krank werden oder gehen?

Nur nach vielen Tagen ganz ohne Pflege – das Spiel warnt rechtzeitig. Vor einer Reise den Urlaubsmodus in den Einstellungen nutzen.
